This fast food stall has been at Pak Khlong Talad pier for almost 40 years. It serves a hot dish made solely from chicken, ranging from rice with chicken & basil, rice with garlic and pepper chicken, chicken fried rice, rice with chicken and kale, fried noodle with chicken in gravy, fried noodle with chicken. Every dish starts from THB 35. They use only the meat around the joints for tenderness. With the big and appetizing portion and such a cheap price, your stomach will be so pleased. There is a reason why this food stall is called “Siaw Lang” or “feel terrified at the back”. In the early day, customers had to sit facing the wall and minded the vegetables and flowers carts as well as motorcycles passing right behind their back in order to deliver goods between the market and pier. You get excited and a bit terrified whether your back will be hit or not. Now there are proper chairs and tables. But you can still get the vibe as this alley is the major pathway for the community.

一家位与北空达叻码头共处 40年的老店，专卖一碟式的快餐，而且全都用鸡肉烹煮。例如: 炒甲抛 (九层塔) 饭，蒜蓉胡椒炸鸡饭，炒鸡肉饭，鸡肉芥兰饭，炒鸡肉勾芡淋饭，鸡肉干炒粿条等等，每碟35铢起，所选食材,均挑精肉部分，所以肉很嫩而易嚼。味道好，能吃饱真超值。本店叫“背发麻”，因为初期，所有吃客都排排的坐在墙边，面向墙，在吃的时候，後面整天一直都有运菜，运花的手推车，及运货的摩多车经过，不知何时撞碰到自已，都感觉到背部发麻，所以因此成名。现在已有桌椅安排好，背部不再受到威愶。原来的魅力仍然存在，此巷子还是有很多人来来往往。
