Siam Hop is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to promote, sell, and guide the various products and tours associated with our company.
Siam Hop has two positions and the duties and responsibilities are indicated below:
Ticket Sales Agents
Duties
- Interacting with tourists at high density tourist locations assigned
- Sell Siam Hop products using mobile terminal devices
- Increase awareness, interest, and desire of Siam Hop products
- Relay brand image and new product offerings
- Take payment
- Schedules vary and weekends a must.
- Greet and check-in guests at on board computer – processing prepaid vouchers, fees, and credit cards, and issuing boarding passes
Qualifications
- Friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, approachable, and engaging
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Enjoys being outdoors and interacting with people of all cultures
- Physically fit (able to be on your feet for long periods of time)
- Able to memorize a sales script
- Flexible schedule
- Versatile
- Able to multitask
- Multi-lingual or knowledge of foreign language is an asset
- Travel experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Bangkok helpful, but not required (we will train).
- Coordination skills, excellent expression and clean appearance
- Basic mobile phone skills (for onboard check-in).
- All ages welcome no age restrictions…
Compensation
- Good Base Salary And

Hop Assist
Duties
- Act as assistance for tourists for Siam Hop’s Single and Double Decker Bus Tours new to Bangkok this year!
- Share your knowledge of Bangkok while entertaining and managing groups of up to 60 people
- Our recommended places to visit follow a pre-established route, with designated “Hop on – Hop off” stops en-route.
- Increase awareness, interest, and desire of Siam Hop products
- Relay brand image and new product offerings
- Interacting with tourists and taking pictures for/with customers for social media
- Outline and ensure safety of all guests
- Take payment and mange cash
- Schedules vary and weekends a must.
- Greet and check-in guests at on board computer – processing prepaid vouchers, fees, and credit cards, and issuing boarding passes
Qualifications
- Friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, approachable, and engaging
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys being outdoors and interacting with people of all cultures
- Physically fit (able to be on your feet for long periods of time)
- Able to memorize a script
- Flexible schedule
- Versatile able to multitask
- Multi-lingual or knowledge of foreign language is an asset
- Liking and interest in historical subject and points of interest.
- Sales and guiding experience is an asset
- Good monitoring and time management skills.
- Coordination skills, excellent expression and clean appearance
- Basic mobile phone skills (for onboard check-in).
